BRIAN M. OLITSKY
DMD
Dr. Brian Olitsky is a third-generation dentist with a lifelong passion for transforming lives through aesthetic dentistry. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida Southern College before receiving his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the highly respected Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Committed to clinical excellence, Dr. Olitsky has pursued extensive advanced training in full-mouth rehabilitation, cosmetic dentistry, and implant restorations. He is a proud graduate of the prestigious Kois Center, Hornbrook Group, and P.A.C. Live programs—recognized as some of the most advanced continuing education institutions in full-mouth reconstruction and smile design. Dr. Olitsky is a recognized leader in digital dentistry, with extensive experience using advanced design platforms such as Exocad and other cutting-edge dental software to create precise, aesthetic, and functional restorations. As faculty at the Smile Stylist Training Center, he focuses on elite cosmetic cases and full-mouth smile transformations, training other dentists in the art and science of advanced smile design. He remains at the forefront of dental innovation through ongoing education and specialized training with leading implant systems, including Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Dentsply, and 3i Implant Innovations. His dedication to continuous learning ensures that his patients receive the most advanced, effective, and highly personalized care available. A respected leader in his field, Dr. Olitsky has served as President of the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the largest affiliate of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and has been an active member of the AACD for over 20 years. He also participates in elite dental study clubs, including the Perio-Prosthetic Implant Study Club, ITI Study Club, and Spears Study Club. Widely recognized as a premier provider of aesthetic dentistry and full-mouth rehabilitation, Dr. Olitsky combines precision, artistry, and compassion to deliver life-changing results for his patients. Outside the office, Dr. Olitsky enjoys an active and adventurous lifestyle with his wife, Erin, and their two children, Jared and Jordan. An accomplished endurance athlete, he regularly competes in Ironman triathlons, marathons, and ultra-distance events. He also enjoys paddleboarding and flying, continually pushing himself to excel—both personally and professionally.
ABBY
RDH
Abby is a Dental Hygienist at Smile Design by Dr. Olitsky, where she provides comprehensive cleanings, patient education, and exceptional customer service as part of a practice known for both general and cosmetic dentistry.
Abby's passion for healthy, beautiful smiles led her to graduate from Broward College in 2009 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She holds a BHS, RDH, CDA, and a Local Anesthesia license.
She is committed to ongoing learning, completing at least 24 hours of continuing education every two years to stay at the forefront of her field.
Abby combines technical skill with a welcoming presence to create a positive, thorough experience for each patient. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, running, traveling, and spending time with her family.
ERIN
Patient Care Concierge
Erin – Patient Care Concierge
With 20 years of experience and a knack for making people feel right at home, Erin is the friendly face patients see first—and the calm voice behind the phone—at the dental office.
As Patient Care Concierge, she keeps the front desk running like a well-oiled machine while keeping the vibe warm, welcoming, and maybe even a little fun.
From scheduling appointments to answering questions (and calming nerves!), Erin brings equal parts professionalism and personality to everything she does. She believes a great dental visit starts with a smile—and she's always ready to share hers.
When she’s not juggling schedules or brightening someone’s day, you might find her enjoying a good cup of coffee, creating culinary masterpieces , or mastering the Marie Kondo method.
FLORENCIA
HYGIENE ASSISTANT
Florencia is a dedicated Hygiene Assistant at Smile Design by Dr. Brian Olitsky, where she works to support both Dr. Olitsky and Abby in delivering exceptional patient care.
Her responsibilities include preparing hygiene rooms, taking radiographs, and ensuring the proper sterilization of instruments and equipment.
She pursued her education at Lorenzo Walker Technical College, where she became a certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA).
Florencia has continued to advance her skills through ongoing education with the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Florencia is especially proud of her contributions to creating a positive and comfortable dental experience and educating patients about their oral health. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing at the beach.
MARA
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Mara is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and Doctor’s Assistant at Smile Design by Dr. Olitsky in Bonita Springs, Florida. She plays a key role in assisting Dr. Olitsky across all procedures, drawing on a well-rounded foundation that spans both clinical and administrative functions.
Mara’s journey in dentistry began early, through dual enrollment in high school, which led her to earn certifications from Lorenzo Walker Technical High School, Lorenzo Walker Technical College, and Florida SouthWestern State College.
She is certified in EFDA, Radiation Health & Safety, and Infection Control. Mara continues her professional development through ongoing education with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), American Dental Association (ADA), and Invisalign. Her experience working both chairside and front desk has given her a comprehensive understanding of patient care from start to finish.
Mara values continued growth through hands-on learning alongside her team and takes pride in mastering all aspects of the dental office. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
KATIE
Invisalign Concierge
Katie is a Dental Assistant and Invisalign Concierge at Smile Design by Dr. Brian Olitsky in Bonita Springs, Florida.
Trained directly by Dr. Olitsky, Katie has built her expertise in assisting with complex restorative procedures, milling restorations, treatment planning, and leading Invisalign consultations.
She also plays a vital role in front desk operations, including scheduling and patient communication.
Katie continues her professional development through ongoing education with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), American Dental Association (ADA), and Invisalign.
Passionate about providing a seamless, elevated patient experience, she takes pride in being part of a collaborative and innovative team committed to transforming lives through dentistry.
Sky
COMFORT CARE specialist
At Dr. Brian Olitsky’s dental office, patient care comes with a wagging tail! Sky, our lovable Vizsla, is the unofficial (but very important!) comfort specialist.
Always on duty, Sky offers cuddles, calm presence, and plenty of tail wags to help every patient feel relaxed and right at home.
From cleanings to crowns to full smile makeovers, Sky is here to make every visit joyful and comforting—with a furry friend right by your side!
